Order information
When you buy the guide, Stripe processes your payment and shares your email address, name (if provided), payment amount, currency, and a unique transaction ID with us. We do not store full payment card details — those are handled entirely by Stripe.
Newsletter signups
If you join the email list, we store your email address and the page you signed up on so we can send updates, launch announcements, and useful brand-building insights.
Guide usage
We record when a buyer opens the online guide reader or downloads the PDF. This helps us understand engagement and improve the product.
How we use your information
Deliver your purchase
Your email is used to send your order confirmation, download link, and any follow-up reminders. Your name and email are also stored with your order record so we can help if you lose your link.
Run the business
Order records are kept for accounting, tax, and customer support. They are viewable only through the password-protected /orders admin.

Newsletter emails are only sent to people who signed up. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

We keep order records for as long as necessary for tax, accounting, and support purposes. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Your rights
Access, update, or delete

Unsubscribe
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us directly to be removed from the list.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives your payment details under its own privacy policy and terms.
Email delivery
